You must provide contact information for customers to contact you if they have questions about the product or require technical assistance. Include an email address, a link to your email address, or a "Contact Us" link.
In order to remove Hotmart from any perceived endorsement of your product, you must include the following disclaimer on your Thank You Page:

ClickBank's role as retailer does not constitute an endorsement, approval or review of these products or any claim, statement or opinion used in promotion of these products."
A Note that their Purchase Will Be Reflected as "Hotmart or "Hotmart*COM"
Often times customers are confused when they see a charge on their bank statement from Hotmart rather than from the seller they purchased the product from. Make sure to clarify that the charge will originate from Hotmart.
